Our Returns Policy

Everything You Need to Know

We operate a non-return policy on food, only except in exceptional circumstances of manufacturing issues. We offer a no questions asked return on appliances within 14 days of delivery. Returns of appliances apply only on unopened and unused items that are still in their original packages. Opened and slightly used products are non-refundable.

How We Do It

We offer both Delivery and Collection options. Only fully paid products will be delivered to the customer within 3 days. In cases of payments via bank transfer, goods are delivered when funds have been received.
